Sometimes you just want something simple to play with. No score, no timer, no objective—just a quiet little space where you can experiment with color, movement, and shapes for a few minutes.
I built Interactive Sand Art Toy as a small digital toy for those moments. Choose a color, move the dispenser, and pour sand into the tray. Watch it pile up naturally, build layers, and flow around rocks, shelves, and other obstacles as you create your own little landscape.
Everything runs directly in your browser. There are no accounts, no cloud storage, and no internet connection required after downloading—just a simple offline toy you can open whenever you feel like making something.

Why I made it
I like small digital tools that don't ask much from you. Not everything needs to be productive, competitive, or complicated. Sometimes it's enough to open something, play with it for a while, and see what happens.
I wanted Interactive Sand Art Toy to recreate a little of the satisfaction of pouring and layering colored sand without turning it into a complicated simulation or game. The sand falls, settles, forms slopes, and reacts to obstacles, so every creation develops a little differently.
There is no right way to use it. You can carefully build layered patterns, create mountain-like landscapes, experiment with different obstacles, or simply pour colors around until you like how it looks.
I also wanted the tool to stay simple and self-contained. It doesn't need an account, installation, or online service. Everything runs locally in your browser, and nothing you create is uploaded anywhere.
